The task was a comprehensive transport study including a TIA study within 5km radius from the site, pedestrian and public transport study, crowd control and temporary traffic management measures during a special event.

The project director made sure that this study was completed on time and within the budget allocated by the local authority
Traffic control plans are developed mainly for temporary road diversions to allow adequate space within a road space to carry out construction work. Any road diversion could impact traffic and road safety. High quality and efficient traffic control plans should be developed by experienced traffic and road engineers to mitigate or minimise these impacts.
